Welcome to the 2024 Clayton Valley Athletic Association (CVAA) Youth Football and Cheer season!
We look forward to a successful and memorable season and hope your experience with us is rewarding and fun. The following information
will answer the most commonly asked questions and help you understand the commitment you are making when joining the CVAA family
Once your athlete is registered with Clayton Valley Athletic Association (CVAA), they cannot be registered with any other Youth Football Organization. Failure to comply, will result in removal of the athlete from Clayton Valley Athletic Association (CVAA) and refund will not be offered.
ALL AGES ARE BASED UPON PARTICIPANT'S AGE BY JULY 1, 2024. CVAA reserves the right to move players and cheerleaders to the appropriate squads based upon league and program requirements. We will communicate that movement to you and keep you informed.
Returning Athletes from the 2023 season save an additional $25 when registering. Please email: executiveboardcvaa@gmail.com with your athlete's name PRIOR to signing up to get the discount code! Save an additional $25 when registering two or more athletes.
Please note: if an athlete uses the returner discount code and they are NOT a 2023 returner, the $25 discount will be added BACK to their registration fee.
If you set up a payment plan, please be aware that if you are NOT PAID IN FULL by 3/31/2024 your fees will increase $25 on 4/1/2024. If not PAID IN FULL by 6/30/2024 another $50 increase will be added to your account on 7/1/2024 per athlete.

Cheer Registration Information
Welcome to the 2024 Clayton Valley Cheer online registration!
Please be sure to register the athlete with name and contact information for both parents (if applicable) as the league requires multiple phone numbers for the family on the player card. This will also help with getting all parties the important information that is sent out by the league and their coaches.
PLEASE CHOOSE THE APPROPRIATE REGISTRATION SECTION WHEN REGISTERING ONLINE:
CHEER (5-7 Year Olds)
CHEER (8-14 Year Olds)
Cheer will be completing document signings more efficiently this year. In lieu of attending Jr. Eagle Day, all cheerleaders will submit and sign all required documentation at cheer fittings. Parents will be required to attend cheer fittings for that reason.
Cheer fittings TBD in Concord.
Cheer fees (PW, JV and Varsity) include three in-season competitions and one, one-day camp. JPW cheer fees include two in-season competitions and one, one-day camp.

* Oct 27, 2024- Stockton Fall Fest (All Levels)
* Nov 10, 2024 - Roseville Capitol City (Only PW, JV and Varsity)

The following items will need to be turned in at Cheer fittings:
- 2 deposit checks or credit card deposit (Parent will only be charged if obligations are not met)
- Volunteer Deposit $400 (posted for 9/1/2024)
- Uniform Deposit $250 (postdated for 11/1/2024)

- Cheerleaders arrive at 5:30pm. (Time subject to change)
- Make sure you turn in everything at Cheer Fittings to ensure that you are allowed to practice on the first day!

- Pee-Wee (9 - 10 Year Olds, 11 Year Old O/L) 11 Year Olds can't turn 12 prior to Championship Game
