PARENT VOLUNTEER

CVAA is a program operated 100% by volunteers. As such, your child’s participation in the 2024 season is conditioned upon each family providing 12 hours of volunteer time per player, with a max of 20 hours per family. A family may opt to “buy out” their volunteer hours at the beginning of the season for $400 per player with a $800 family max (non-refundable), not pro-rated. If chosen, no volunteer hours will be required from that family. Volunteer participants must be at least 18 years of age.

ATLEAST ½ OF YOUR VOLUTEER HOURS MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF THE SECOND HOME
GAME OR YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE PROCESSED.
ALL REMAINING HOURS MUST BE COMPLETED BY LAST REGULAR SEASON GAME!
LIMITED EXTRA PLAYOFF GAME VOLUNTEERING IS REQUIRED IF YOUR TEAM MAKES THE PLAYOFFS.

POLICY FOR 2024! No-Show to volunteer shift
-First No-Show – Warning to family.
-Second No-Show - $400.00 Volunteer deposit fee will be forfeited/processed. If your buyout does not clear, Coach will be notified and athlete will sit out until paid.
DEPOSIT due by final registration (check or credit card deposit only). Will only be charged if you fail to meet the obligations stated above. Approved documentation required, not pro-rated. ** BUY-OUT option, $400 non-refundable per player with a $800 family max., due by final registration.

CHEER UNIFORM

CVAA wishes to preserve the uniforms for future cheer squads. 1. Please be advised that your “Uniform Deposit” will be forfeited if the cheerleading uniform is altered in any way, shape, or form, or not returned. 2. Uniform needs to be cleaned before each game. WASH IN COLD WATER AND DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER OR IRON! DO NOT DRY CLEAN. 3. In addition, the uniform must be returned stain free AND clean within one week after last game of the season. If the uniform is returned with excessive wear, stains, or is soiled, a uniform replacement fee of $250 will apply.

DEPOSIT due by final registration (check or credit card deposit only). **Penalty for late/soiled uniform will be enforced.

FOOTBALL UNIFORMS/EQUIPMENT

CVAA wishes to preserve the uniforms for future football teams. 1. Please make sure to clean all equipment. UNIFORM: WASH IN COLD WATER AND DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER! 2. The following items need to be returned at the specified equipment return date/time: Helmet, shoulder pads, game day pants and jerseys, practice pants, belt, all pads (in a zip lock bag) and CV bag. If the uniform/equipment is returned with excessive wear, stains, or is soiled, a uniform/equipment replacement fee of $500 will apply.

DEPOSIT due by final registration (check or credit card deposit only). Will only be charged if any of the above return/care guidelines are not followed. **Penalty for damaged/late/soiled uniform will be enforced.
