Deposit Agreement

PARENT VOLUNTEER
Clayton Valley Athletic Association (CVAA) is a program operated 100% by volunteers. As such, your child’s participation in the 2026 season is conditioned upon each family providing 12 hours of volunteer time per player, with a max of 20 hours per family. A family may opt to “buy out” their volunteer hours at the beginning of the season for $400 per player with a $800 family max (non-refundable), not pro-rated. If chosen, no volunteer hours will be required from that family. Volunteer participants must be at least 18 years of age.

ATLEAST ½ OF YOUR VOLUTEER HOURS MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF THE SECOND HOME GAME OR YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE PROCESSED. ALL REMAINING HOURS MUST BE COMPLETED BY LAST REGULAR SEASON GAME! LIMITED EXTRA PLAYOFF GAME VOLUNTEERING IS REQUIRED IF YOUR TEAM MAKES THE PLAYOFFS.

POLICY FOR 2026! No-Show to volunteer shift

First Shift No-Show – Warning to family.

Second Shift No-Show - $400.00 ($800 2+ athletes) Volunteer deposit fee will be forfeited/processed. If your buyout does not clear, Coach will be notified and athlete will sit out until paid.

DEPOSIT due by final registration (check or credit card deposit only). Will only be charged if you fail to meet the obligations stated above. Approved documentation required, not pro-rated. ** BUY-OUT option, $400 non-refundable per player with a $800 family max., due by final registration.

CHEER UNIFORM
CVAA wishes to preserve the uniforms for future cheer squads. Uniform needs to be cleaned before each game. WASH IN COLD WATER AND DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER OR IRON! DO NOT DRY CLEAN.

Please be advised that your $250 “Uniform Deposit” will be forfeited if the following guidelines are not followed:

  • Cheer uniform is altered in any way, shape, or form, or not returned.
  • Uniform must be returned stain free AND clean within one week after last game/competition of the season (if an athlete quits or is no longer on the team, the uniform is due within 48 hours).
  • Uniform is returned with excessive wear, stains, or is soiled.

DEPOSIT due by final registration (check or credit card deposit only). Will only be charged if any of the above return/care instructions are not followed.  **Penalty for late/soiled uniform will be enforced.

FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT/UNIFORMS
CVAA wishes to preserve the uniforms for future football teams. 1. Please make sure to clean all equipment. UNIFORM: WASH IN COLD WATER AND DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER! 2. The following items need to be returned: Helmet, shoulder pads, Guardian Cap (if applicable), game day pants and jerseys (if applicable), practice pants (if applicable) and belt (if applicable).

If the equipment/uniform is not returned within two weeks after the last game of the season (if an athlete quits or is no longer on the team, the equipment/uniform is due within 48 hours) or with excessive wear, stains, or is soiled, a uniform/equipment replacement fee of $500 will apply.

DEPOSIT due by final registration (check or credit card deposit only). Will only be charged if any of the above return/care guidelines are not followed. **Penalty for damaged/late/soiled uniform will be enforced.
