2026 REFUND POLICY
Once your athlete is registered with Clayton Valley Athletic Association (CVAA), they cannot be registered with any other Youth Football and Cheer Organization. Failure to comply, will result in removal of the athlete from Clayton Valley Athletic Association (CVAA) and refund will not be offered.
Please understand that football/cheer are very costly sports and most leagues do not offer refunds because of the very high overhead costs associated with the program. If your athlete decides to quit three weeks into practice it does not change the fact that we had to purchase all of the uniforms, helmets, pads and other costs associated with fielding a player. The registration fee cannot be returned once your player steps on the field for his/her 1st practice. Participants that quit on their own are not available to get a refund.
We will offer Football registration refunds based on the following timeline: Any fees paid using earned fundraising credit are not eligible for refund.
- Before 6/1/2026 - $375
- Refund Before 7/13/2026 - $225
- On or After 7/13/2026 - $0 refund unless the athlete is cut (not quit).
If an athlete is cut from a team you will receive a refund of your registration fees minus $150.
We will offer Cheer registration refunds based on the following timeline: Any fees paid using earned fundraising credit are not eligible for refund.
- Before 6/1/2026 - $375
- Refund Before 7/13/2026 - $225
- On or After 7/13/2026 - $0 refund
Additional cheer items are not eligible for refund after 6/30/2026. Any cancelled items prior to 6/30/2026 will incur a 10% processing fee. Any items purchased using earned fundraising credit are not eligible for refund.
